About Us

Hi, I’m Emily owner and operator of Kuri + Friends. 

I grew up around a lot of animals and my love for them only grew, which led me to foster and then adopt my dog Jager. At first he was handful and needed a bit of training, but I soon saw the benefits of devoting time and effort into his training and how rewarding it is to see him grow and develop in a happy and healthy way. This is what inspired me to start Kuri + Friends in 2025 in the Taranaki region so that all pet owners could buy quality products at affordable prices, so that they too could see the joy that pets bring into our lives.
