Deliveries‍

Kuri and Friends have several options for delivering goods to you.

Pick-up From Store

Customers that are in Taranaki may collect directly from Kuri and Friends.

Upon confirmation of payment of the order, customers will be notified of available times for collection, via text. Please confirm the time slot that you have selected.

If you are passing through Bell-Block, please let us know so that we may have your order processed and ready to go. If there are delays in picking up the order please let us know so that we can arrange another suitable time.

Orders not collected within 4 days of the order being placed and payment confirmed, will be cancelled and refunded.

Free Local Delivery

Customers living in urban Bell Block may opt to have the order delivered. If you wish to use this service, please select Bell Block, Taranaki as the Region/State.

If you have specific delivery instructions, please include these in your order. Please ensure that safe access is available. If delivery cannot be made, you will be notified to arrange a suitable time and place.

Upon confirmation of payment, Kuri and Friends will proceed with delivery notifying you by email that the item has been shipped.

Please note that free local delivery is only available for customers who live in urban Bell Block. 

Dispatch

Orders, where payment has been completed before 11:30am,  will be picked, packed and dispatched the same day, otherwise they will be dispatched the following business day.

Delays may occur where bank clearance times are prolonged. For example and order placed after 5:00pm on Friday, may not be cleared until Monday.

Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays will not be processed until the next business day.

Local Deliveries

Provided that the order is completed and paid before 10:00am, the order will be picked up and delivered the same day. Local refers to orders to be delivered within New Plymouth and associated suburbs. Orders received after 10:00am may be delivered the following business day.

Within-Island Deliveries

Orders for centres within the North Island of New Zealand will generally be delivered the next business day following parcel collection. For example, an order received on Monday after 11:30am will be dispatched the next business day (Tuesday), and should be expected at the destination the next business day (Wednesday).

Inter-Island Deliveries

Orders for centres within the South Island of New Zealand will generally be delivered the next business day following parcel collection. For example, an order received on Monday after 11:30am will be dispatched the next business day (Tuesday), and should be expected at the destination the next business day (Wednesday).

A two day delivery option also exists where delivery would take two days, rather than overnight. This is useful for larger orders.

Rural Delivery Services

Orders to rural addresses in New Zealand may take an additional 1-2 days on top of the delivery time to main centres.

Time of Delivery

Delivery is expected between 7am and 5pm, however signatures may not be obtained.
